Connect Thurn's Atlas

This lets the placement form read and update placements. The key goes straight into Talos's secure store. Nobody at Atlas sees it.

1. In Atlas, open Settings, then Integrations, then API Keys.
2. Create a key called "Talos placement form" and copy it.
3. Paste it below.
